Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the size of the Double room was a bit too small for us. The service was exceptional, with the manager being amazing at all times. The location was convenient, close to many attractions, but lacking a nearby metro station. The dining options were limited, needing improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
This hotel served as a more than adequate central base for exploring Manhattan. The room lacked a mirror, but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't a big deal. The busy train line opposite could be heard in the morning, yet it didn't majorly disrupt my stay.
I had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The rooms were tidy and clean, simple and comfortable, with a surprisingly comfortable bed. The location was great, within walking distance of the subway and lots of small shops and restaurants. The service was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit lacking, with only free biscuits and a old coffee machine available.
I spent a few nights at this hotel. The rooms were compact, practical, clean, and nicely furnished, although a bit smaller than they appeared in the photos. The service was top-notch, especially the super helpful and friendly staff. The location, while fabulous for repeat visitors to New York like me, might be a bit far downtown for first-time visitors. The dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options available. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms are really small, but comfortable, clean, and offer good value in NYC. The service is outstanding, with a personal touch akin to generous AirBnB hosts. The location is excellent for exploring NYC, although a bit far from Midtown. The dining options are limited but decent. The facilities are satisfactory overall.
The hotel rooms had everything I needed from a comfy bed to fully stocked supplies like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. It was cozy and very quiet, with the Manhattan Bridge right next to the hotel. The stay was very nice, comfortable, and clean, although it was a bit small with not much storage space.
